This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of Community CareLink’s SaaS platform (the “Platform”) by visitors and users (“User(s)”). By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by this Policy.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others while using the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Platform to engage in any activity that violates any applicable law, regulation, or rule.

• Uploading or sharing any material that is obscene, offensive, or defamatory, or that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any server, computer, or database connected to the Platform.

• Interfering with the operation of the Platform or any network, server, or computer connected to the Platform.

• Using the Platform to transmit or distribute any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other harmful or disruptive component.

• Sending unsolicited commercial email, or any other form of spam, to other Users or to any third party.

User Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they upload, post, or share on the Platform (“User Content”). User Content must not be illegal, obscene, offensive, defamatory, or violate any intellectual property or privacy rights. Community CareLink reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates this Policy or for any other reason in its sole discretion.

User Conduct

Users must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when using the Platform. Users must not harass, bully, or threaten any other Users, or engage in any other conduct that is disruptive to the Platform or to other Users.

Termination

​

Community CareLink reserves the right to terminate User access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, a violation of this Policy.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Community CareLink, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with User’s use of the Platform or any User Content.

Changes to Policy

Community CareLink reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes.

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, and any dispute arising under this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Missouri.

By using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by this Policy. If Users do not agree to this Policy, they must not use the Platform.
