Based in St. Louis, Missouri, MoNetwork is a recovery community center that has been at the forefront of harm reduction since 2015. Each year, they serve over 3,000 individuals across all stages of recovery, offering judgment-free, life-saving support through both in-office and street-based outreach.

Recently, MoNetwork entered a critical phase of growth. With expansion came the need for a new care management platform—one that could keep pace with their mission and scale with their needs. Through the partnership, MoNetwork now tracks:

• The number of new participants served each reporting period

• Naloxone kit distribution from their Life Boxes
